TIDE: Wu Changshuo’s Pudong Bond

今人心中，吴昌硕代表海派传统，对比历史，海派诸子却是当时的弄潮儿，故展览名为“弄潮”。我从吴昌硕先生的绘画、书法、和金石篆刻中，各截取了一段“一”，来组成展览主视觉。中国书画天然的笔势起伏和参差错落，赋予了展览主视觉潮起潮落的意向。

In today's view, Wu Changshuo represents the traditional Haipai style. In retrospective, the various disciples of the Haipai movement were the trendsetters of their time. Hence, the exhibition is named 'Tide.', I've selected segments from Mr. Wu Changshuo's paintings, calligraphy, and stone engraving to compose the main visual for the exhibition. The natural flow and intricate arrangements in Chinese painting and calligraphy impart the exhibition's visual with the intention of ebbing and flowing like the tides.
